COVID-19 Policy

— We will follow all up-to-date local and state guidelines regarding COVID-19. Protocols are subject to change depending on the situation as the conference approaches.
— All attendees must either be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID test in the week leading up to the conference.
— All attendees who are not fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear masks indoors, and anyone is welcome to wear a mask at any time if that is their preference.
— Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, a positive test, or a known exposure that meets the CDC guidelines for self-quarantine at the time of the conference is asked not to attend.
— If a student is unable to attend the conference due to any of the reasons listed above, they will receive a full refund.
— We will set aside sleeping rooms to allow for anyone who develops symptoms during the conference to quarantine if necessary. If a student develops symptoms, they should immediately inform their Campus Minister or other staff so that arrangements can be made.
