Allergies/Special Accommodations

Food Allergies?

NOTE: Registrants with medically diagnosed food allergies will need to make us aware of the allergy and the severity of that allergy before arrival so that we can prepare to serve you. Laguna Beach limits the use of typical allergens in their menu (for example, there are no nuts on the menu). However, they can only provide substitutions for gluten (gluten-free breads/pastas) and dairy (soy milk and non-dairy salad dressing). Dietary preferences such as vegetarian and vegan will have limited options at mealtimes. HERE is a SAMPLE menu for Laguna.

Guests visiting Laguna Beach Christian Retreat with dietary restrictions should be prepared to supplement the menu by bringing food with them. We will have kitchens/refrigerators available for supplemental food storage and preparation.

If there is anything else we need to know about your allergies, please include that here. Those with allergies should bring and carry emergency equipment (i.e. EpiPen) with them at all times.

SuCo Week 3 Arrival

Staff should arrive on Sunday, May 14. Check-in will be from Noon-4pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than Noon or later than 4pm, let us know, so we can plan for your arrival. Thanks!

Are you planning to stay an additional night at Laguna?
Staff for Week 3 may choose to come one day early, May 13. This costs an additional $40 per person. This charge will be added to your cart on the payment page.

A Consent Form/Waiver is required to participate in this event/activity, and the registration cannot be completed until after the waiver is signed. Please click on the Waiver link, fill it out, and then complete your registration.

If it is not, please enter the coupon "staff," and your total will be $0. RUF will be charging your campus account for your SUCO balance in May.

How rooming works

SuCo rooming assignments are gender-based and campus-based. Smaller campuses may be combined with another campus due to limited availability. If you’d like to request a different campus to stay with, please email [email protected].
