Want to let your friends from other schools know you’re coming?

Talk to your campus minister or campus staff! They will work with you to help you be able to come. They may provide a scholarship code for you to use in registration. If you anticipate needing scholarship assistance, you will need to get a scholarship code from your campus minister or staff BEFORE you can complete your registration.

Georgia RUF FallCon PACKING LIST

FallCon is a 2-night retreat in the North Georgia mountains.  Daytime highs will be around 75 (warm) and nighttime lows will be around 55 (chilly).  Let us know if you have any questions or concerns about what to pack!

NOTE FOR THOSE WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:  The camp has been made aware of any dietary issues you noted on your registration form. However, since your food options will be slightly more limited than those without food restrictions, you may want to bring a few extra snacks of your own to supplement the food and snacks that will be provided.  The camp has a refrigerator and microwave set aside for your exclusive use if needed.

Clothes (pack for warm days and mild nights)

Athletic clothes (for Saturday outdoor activities, etc)

Hiking shoes/clothes (if you plan to hike Mt. Yonah)

Swimsuit (lake and lakefront activities will be open on Saturday)

Pillow, sleeping bag, blanket or sheet for your bedding

Towel, shower shoes, soap, shampoo

Toiletries

Personal Items (medicines, games, cards, sports stuff, etc.)

Flashlight or headlamp

Nalgene or water bottle

Pen, Bible, paper or notebook for taking notes

Snacks for the drive (RUF will provide light snacks throughout the conference)

Money for 2 fast-food meals (dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday as you travel)

Indicate on your registration form that you need a ride and your campus minister or staff will reach out closer to the conference date to help arrange a ride for you.

$134. This includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday, All speaker fees, housing, food, snacks, and activities.

If you need financial assistance covering this cost, just indicate that on your registration form when you signup.

Plan to arrive no earlier than 6pm and no later than 8pm on Friday evening, September 30th.  The conference will begin right at 8:30pm. If you anticipate arriving after 8pm, please make sure your campus minister or campus staff knows ahead of time.

No, you will need to grab dinner on your way.  The camp entrance is about 10 minutes from Cleveland, GA where there are ample food and fast-food options for you.

The conference ends at 11:30am Sunday and you’ll be free to depart as soon as you’re packed up.  You will need to grab lunch on your own on your way home since it is not provided as part of the conference.
