Students are responsible for travel to and from the conference. Talk to your RUF staff for more questions or carpool with others!

February 3-5. Check in is at 7pm on Friday, February 3rd. If you are planning on arriving after 10pm, let your campus minister know. Check out is at noon on Sunday, February 5th.

The cost is $100/person.

Please make sure to list all food allergies when registering for the event.

You should bring: clothes, towels, linens/sleeping bag and pillows, toiletries, any medication you may need, a Bible. If the weather is nice, we might do outdoor activities, so boots and a winter coat would be great to have!

7pm-10pm, check in and games

– Saturday:
8am-9am – Breakfast (Minnesota helps)
9:15am-10:45am – Large Group #1
10:45am-noon – Free time
Noon-1pm- Lunch (K State helps)
1pm-5:30pm – Free time/Recreation
3pm-4pm – Q&A time with CMs (optional)
5:30pm-6:30pm – Dinner (Mizzou helps)
6:45pm-8:00pm – Large Group #2
8:30pm-11pm – Karaoke Party

– Sunday:
8am-9am – Breakfast (Nebraska helps)
9:15am-11:00am – Large Group #3
11am-noon – Pack-up/check-out

Half of your group should arrive 15 minutes before the meal to help set up. The other half is responsible for clean up after the meal.
