To officially be registered, you must have completed both the registration form AND the payment page/order.
You should have paid the full price of $460 or a non-refundable deposit of at least $50.

If you completed the order, you should have received an emailed receipt confirming your payment (the subject line should be “Your RUF Gather Order is now complete”).

HERE is a link to your RUF Gather Events Account Dashboard, where you can view all of your orders, see what you’ve paid,  pay any remaining balance, or change your password.
If you have an order for SuCo 2025, you are registered.

The cost is $460. This price includes a $50 non-refundable deposit (the $50 is forfeited if you cancel). You may pay the $460 in full at registration or pay a deposit of at least $50. If you need financial assistance, please contact an RUF staff member to ask about scholarships BEFORE you register.

Any remaining balance is due by May 4, 2025.
You can pay your balance at your ACCOUNT DASHBOARD.

If you have a financial need, ask your Campus Minister or your Campus Staff about scholarships.

Scholarship codes may be entered when you pay a deposit OR when you make the second payment. If you enter the code when you pay the deposit, that discount WILL NOT be applied to the deposit, but will deferred until the second payment.

Check-in begins at 2pm on Sunday, May 18, in Gulfside classrooms 2 & 3 at this address: 20225 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.

Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by May 4, 2025. If received by May 4, refunds will be issued, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit (if you cancel, your $50 deposit is forfeited).
Cancellation requests received after May 4 will not be refunded (exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency).
Please contact your Campus Minister, Campus Staff, or Intern with any cancellation/refund requests.

HERE is the schedule for Week 3.

Please plan to arrive Sunday afternoon. Check-in begins at 2pm, and the first item on the schedule is dinner at 5:30pm.

Check-out will be by (or before) 9am on Friday.

Your RUF staff might give you additional guidelines for things to bring, but here is a basic packing list:
(keep in mind that there is not a lot of space in the rooms at Laguna)

• Sheets & blanket (or sleeping bag), pillow (most beds are singles, but there are some doubles/queens)**
• Casual clothes, beachwear
• Towels (at least two — one for bathing and one for the beach) **
• Personal toiletries
• Bible, notebook, pen
• Extra money for dinner out, book table, and SuCo merch
• Sunscreen, refillable water bottle, sunglasses/hat
• Any necessary medications

Also recommended/optional:
Shower shoes and/or water shoes (there might be crabs in the water)
Earplugs and eye masks for sleeping (Not everyone is quiet at the same time.)
Mattress pad
If you wear glasses or sunglasses, it is highly recommended that you wear croakies at all times in the water. (Seriously, sunburn and/or not being able to see ruins the week.)

It’s a good idea to put your name on anything you care about in case it is left behind or lost.

**You may rent linens from Laguna Beach Christian Retreat for $20/bed. This includes sheets, blanket, pillow, two towels, washcloth.

NOTE: Laguna Beach limits the use of typical allergens in their menu (for example, there are no nuts on the menu). However, Laguna can only provide substitutions for gluten and dairy. Dietary preferences such as vegetarian and vegan will have some additional options at mealtimes. HERE is a SAMPLE menu for Laguna.

Guests visiting Laguna Beach Christian Retreat with additional dietary restrictions should be prepared to supplement the menu by bringing food with them.
Anna’s Kitchen will be unlocked and available for food storage and preparation.

Please contact your campus staff regarding the possibility of rides to/from the airport, or plan to take advantage of ride share options (Uber, Lyft).
